1. daily interview with foreign teachers ( cv selection, interview arrangement, mock sessions, candidate selection & on boarding training)

2. communicate with external hiring vendors to control the quality of english consultants

3. active and deactivate consultant account based on company policy and process

4. support any projects with recruiting managers (recruitment efficiency analysis, system improvement)

requirement

1. bachelor’s degree at least, with oversea study experiences, major in business management, science and engineering, human resource management will be preferred or foreign students can speak a little chinese.

2. fluent english speaking

3. integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, good at communication with people, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry

4. at least above 1+ years working experiences'

第2篇 教師/助教培訓專員崗位職責

1、協助培訓主管擬訂培訓計劃；

2、根據公司戰(zhàn)略開展培訓需求調研，并制定年度培訓計劃；

3、聯系各類培訓機構，辦理員工外部培訓事宜；

4、負責內部培訓師隊伍的建立、管理，外部培訓機構的甄選和管理；

5、組織培訓材料，開發(fā)利用培訓輔助設施；

6、建立培訓檔案，根據不同的培訓內容及目的設計培訓效果評估方式；

7、協助指導員工職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃，并創(chuàng)建適合其職業(yè)發(fā)展的培訓課程。
